Featuring the music of Tarnybackle

Tarneybackle is one of Scotland's popular folk groups, performing a wide range of traditional and contemporary folk music. The band sing mainly Scottish folk songs, adding in some tunes and material from North America and Ireland. Close harmony singing is Tarneybackle's hallmark. Songs are accompanied by a sensitive blend of guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, octave mandola, flute, whistles and percussion .

3. Sky boat Song - A reflection of Bonnie Price Charlie's flight from Culloden, aided by Flora McDonald.

4. Loch Tay Boat song - Unrequited love song, set around fantastic Loch Tay.

5. Tramps and Hawkers - A wee walking tour of Scotland seen through the eyes of a philosophical itinerant.

6. Wild Mountain Thyme - A great sing along song, attributed to both Scotland and Eire but essentially claimed to be penned by the McPeake family.
